Property

Earthworks
Our cooperation partners carry out the necessary earthworks for driveways, septic tanks, water depots, wooden garages/carports, wooden house retaining walls, etc. out of.
This additional construction work is coordinated by us to ensure that it is completed on time.
Construction
We realize the construction of the wooden house according to your individual ideas and requirements.
The wooden house is placed either on a paved area or on point foundations.
This results in a simplified approval as the wooden house is classified as mobile.
You need a building permit for a surface or foundation made of concrete.
Fireplace - Heater
... with fire protection, in a rustic design.
Alternatively, we can also offer underfloor heating including a cooling system.
This is operated via a heat pump, so you always have the same temperature in the house in summer and winter.
The floor structure of 8 - 11 cm must be taken into account when building the wooden house. Tiles or laminate etc. can be laid on the floor.
Fresh water
Pressurized water system, with water depot of 2,500 liters, standard filter system and automatic pressure compensation.
The water system can be expanded with a decalcification system based on osmosis and a UV lamp, so the water becomes drinking water.
Hot water is preferably generated via a gas hot water boiler, but can also be generated via an electric boiler or solar.
Electrical system
The standard laying of the cables is on the wall in the cable duct.
If desired, the cables can be laid in the wall. This is possible with a wall thickness of 60 mm or with a double-walled house (44 + 44 mm).
With clad interior walls, the cables are laid in empty conduits under the wall cladding.
Solar system
If desired, our cooperation partner will install a solar system as an island system (with batteries) independently or with excess energy fed into the public power grid.
The installation of the solar system is taken into account when building the wooden house for later retrofitting.
Above ground pool
Installing a pool in the ground, made of stones and concrete, is no longer allowed in Spain.
The alternative to this is an above-ground pool that does not require a permit and which, with matching wooden cladding, goes well with the wooden house.
Since January 2024, filling with water from the municipal water supply has been prohibited.
